Balani Infotech Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2000 in technical collaboration with iGroup, Hong Kong having offices in Singapore, Thailand, Korea, Vietnam, Malaysia, China, Australia, Philippines, Myanmar and Indonesia.

iGroup Companies are managed by its Chairman Mr. Lee Pit Teong based at Bangkok , Thailand. Balani Infotech has offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore and Ahmedabad and planning to open offices in Chennai and Hyderabad in 2009.
